We provide contractual staffing, permanent recruitment, HR outsourcing, compliance advisory, payroll management, and fractional CHRO services to businesses across India.

• Active candidate profiles: retained for up to 3 years from the date of last activity
• Placed candidates: employment-related records retained for 7 years in line with statutory requirements
• Client contact data: retained for the duration of the relationship and 5 years thereafter
• Website analytics data: aggregated and anonymised within 26 months

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: request that we erase your data where we are not legally obliged to retain it
• Restriction: ask us to pause processing in certain circumstances
