When staff sign in to our internal recruitment console, we set a secure session cookie. If you select "Keep me logged in" at sign-in, this cookie persists for up to 7 days so you stay signed in across visits; if you leave it unticked, the cookie is removed as soon as you close your browser. This applies to authorised staff accounts only and does not affect visitors to the public website.

Analytics and performance cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. The data is used in aggregate to improve page structure, content, and navigation. We use Microsoft Clarity for this, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps of page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement.
Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so information you type into a form is not captured in a replay. Clarity is not loaded on our staff recruitment console, so pages displaying candidate information are never recorded.
